The Associate Director – Masterplan Content Marketing is responsible leading, coordinating, and managing the production of all visualization efforts for the districts to support meeting development objectives and cross-asset leasing and sales objectives. He/she is responsible for devising and executing district-wide high-quality CGI and films across our client’s masterplan that delivers benefits across all asset classes. In this role, he/she will oversee the entire visualization process from concept to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and technical excellence. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to develop compelling visual content that effectively communicates the vision and value proposition of the districts within the City. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the architectural visualization industry and a passion for bringing complex designs and urban landscapes to life through CGI and film. As a key leader in the visualization efforts for masterplan districts, you will be responsible for managing the entire production pipeline, ensuring timelines, budgets and approvals are adhered to, and delivering exceptional visual assets. Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the visualization production process, including multiple scopes, procurement, team reviews, and production ensuring extraordinary attention to detail. Track project progress, allocate resources, and ensure that all aspects of the visualization production are delivered on time and within scope. Team Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for visualization efforts, understanding district vision, offering and sales and leasing requirements, providing regular updates, and ensuring ongoing management throughout the project lifecycle and various stages of development Quality control and creative excellence: Ensure that all CGI and film outputs meet the highest standards of quality, consistency, and innovation. Provide regular feedback and mentorship to the team to maintain creative excellence and refine the visual storytelling approach Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in CGI, film production, and visualization tools, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the visual impact for the Districts. Stakeholder Engagement: Present visualizations and films to stakeholders, communicating the value and unique proposition of the Districts. Collaboration: Responsible for collaborating with the Director – City & Masterplan and the wider marketing, development teams and external architects, designers to understand concepts, objectives and translate it into engaging visual content.
•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, Visual Design, Film Production, Computer Graphics, or a related field. •Additional certifications in CGI, Animation, or Film Production is a plus.•Minimum of 10 years of experience in CGI production, animation, or film direction, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role overseeing a creative production team •Strong portfolio of work, including high-level CGI renderings, animations, and cinematic films for architectural, real estate, or master planning projects. •Proven experience in leading large-scale property or master planning projects through visualization. •In-depth knowledge of CGI and film production techniques and systems, modelling and post production workflows. •Strong understanding of architectural principles, urban design, and property masterplanning. •Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross functional teams and stakeholders. •Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high production standards.
