The Function Purpose
Responsible for business growth and customer’s life cycle from awareness to acquisition to engagement and retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Implement Blink business strategy.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the banking ecosystem, including customer behaviors, competitors (e.g., traditional banks, fintech startups), and regulatory trends.
- Identify underserved segments (e.g., youth, SMEs, expatriates) and opportunities for innovation, banking products or payment solutions, digital services.
- Develop & monitor KPIs for customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, adjusting tactics based on market conditions.
- Develop & implement business growth plans to drive business growth.
- Overlook and drive sales activities and ensure the achievement of set targets.
- Overlook partnership activities to drive business and enhance partnerships network.
- Provide innovative ideas to drive the business and make sure customers’ needs, feedback, and suggestions are considered and addressed in line with the overall strategy.
- Contribute to creation and execution of products and services and their respective pricing.
- Liaise with marketing on all related marketing matters, including brand awareness, sponsorships, booths, campaigns, materials, or any other related activities.
Background
- Bachelor’s degree.
- (8+) years of relevant experience in digital banking/Fintech.
