* Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * Minimum of 10 years of engineering leadership experience in the luxury hospitality sector. * Proven track record of managing large-scale renovations, openings, and technical projects. * Deep knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing), sustainability standards, and regulatory compliance. * Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
