General Manager (Regional) to oversee the delivery of hard facilities and utilities services across multiple high-profile
pharmaceutical client sites in the Munster region.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced leader with a strong engineering background and operational management expertise to join a well-established, progressive organisation in a strategic, commercially-focused role.
About the Role: This is a permanent, full-time leadership position with overall operational, commercial, and technical responsibility for a portfolio of pharmaceutical clients in Munster. The successful candidate will manage a team of Contract Managers and site-based staff, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, safety, and client satisfaction across all contracts.
Key Responsibilities: - Day-to-day operational management of multiple pharmaceutical client sites
- Leadership, mentoring, and performance management of Contract Managers and site teams
- Full P&L accountability and management of contract budgets and financial performance
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, securing contract renewals and contributing to new business opportunities
- Ensure continuous compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations and service delivery
- Actively contribute to company strategy, growth, and business development plans
The Ideal Candidate: - Engineering degree or trade qualification (Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services)
- 5-10+ years' experience in a senior management role within industrial utilities or facilities services, ideally in pharmaceutical or regulated environments
- Strong leadership and commercial management skills with proven operational oversight
- Experience operating in highly regulated environments (e.g. SEVESO, pharma utilities)
- Excellent client relationship management and team leadership capabilities
- Strong business development mindset and ideally well-connected within the Munster region
