Job Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Mechanical Engineer – Sales enginner and sales manager to join our team. This role involves combining engineering knowledge with excellent communication, sales skills and abilities to provide advice and support on a range of products and to promote and sell our range, for which a certain level of expertise is needed. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:•Understand and analyze customer requirements to offer suitable mechanical products and solutions.•Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective clients.•Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions.•Negotiate tender and contract terms with clients to meet both client and company needs.•Provide sales support.•Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.•Meet or exceed sales targets set by management.•Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.•Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity .•Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and market trends•Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.•Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate mechanical products/solutions.•Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and pre-sales consultations.•Assist customers in product selection and specification compliance.•Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals.•Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.•Prepare Daily and weekly sales report and clear analysis of sales opportunities.
Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering •Minimum 5-7 years of experience in KSA market as sales engineer.•Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.•Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.•Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in mechanical or industrial products.•Strong database with KSA customers, consultants, contractors, and distributors.•Excellent presentation, and negotiation skills.•Ability to work independently and as part of a team.•Willingness to travel to meet clients .
