RT is looking for a highly skilled IT Infrastructure & Security Project Manager to lead mission-critical technology projects across infrastructure and cybersecurity domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with networks, data centers, access control systems, and security operations, while also demonstrating the ability to lead projects, engage clients, and ensure successful delivery. This role is central to supporting RT’s clients in the banking, government, and enterprise sectors.Key Responsibilities:•Project Delivery & Management:oPlan, manage, and deliver end-to-end IT infrastructure and security projects.oDefine project scope, milestones, and resource requirements in alignment with RT’s standards and client expectations.oManage timelines, budgets, and risks across multiple projects simultaneously.•Infrastructure Oversight:oLead implementation and support of LAN/WAN, server systems, storage, and data center infrastructure.oOversee deployment and maintenance of hardware, including firewalls, routers, switches, CCTV systems, and access control devices.oCoordinate installations and upgrades with minimal business disruption.•Cybersecurity & Access Control:oEnsure security solutions meet compliance, regulatory, and client-specific requirements (e.g., SAMA, NCA).oLead access control, vulnerability assessment, endpoint protection, and firewall configuration projects.oCollaborate with RT’s cybersecurity team to enforce best practices in network and data security.•Stakeholder & Client Engagement:oWork closely with internal teams, vendors, and government or banking sector clients to ensure transparent communication and project alignment.oPrepare regular progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and RT leadership.•Business Support:oSupport the pre-sales team by providing technical input on proposals and solution design.oHelp secure and onboard new projects by demonstrating a strong technical and management presence.
Qualifications:•Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Engineering.•Minimum 10 years of experience managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects.•Strong technical knowledge of networking, servers, access control, CCTV, and firewalls.•Experience working with banking or government clients is a strong advantage.•Preferable to familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, ISO 27001.•Preferable to have project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or Agile) is preferred.
