•Oversee day-to-day community operations and ensure resident satisfaction.•Implement service level agreements (SLAs), standard operating procedures, and community policies.•Manage service providers, conduct site audits, and monitor performance across security, MEP, cleaning, and other facilities.•Handle resident relations, resolve complaints, and issue notices or violations as needed.•Monitor utility usage, support sustainability efforts, and assist with annual budgeting.•Organize community events and contribute to enhancing overall living standards.•Coordinate with Owners Associations and ensure compliance with local regulations and Mollak/Iskaan platforms.
•5+ years of experience in community or facilities management, ideally within mixed-use or residential towers.•Strong knowledge of Owners Association operations, budgeting, and vendor management.•Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.•Familiarity with platforms such as Mollak, Iskaan, Procore, and Microsoft Office.•Certifications in community management (e.g., M100, M202, M206) are highly preferred.•Background in property, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus.
