Lead and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategy, standards, and execution to ensure design and construction integration across mega projects.• BIM strategy development, coordination and integration skills, leadership, communication, digital transformation mindset.• Develop and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.• Oversee coordination of multidisciplinary models.• Ensure model accuracy and data integrity.• Support design and construction teams in BIM processes.• Provide leadership in BIM innovation and technology adoption.• Collaborate with PMIS, GIS, and CDE teams for seamless integration.
• Bachelor’s in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. • 10+ years in BIM management for large-scale development.• Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Revizto preferred• Expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360; strong knowledge of design coordination processes.
