We are currently undergoing strategic growth across social media platforms and ecommerce, and we’re looking for someone special to help elevate our content and brand expression.
Role Overview
We are seeking a bilingual Social Media Marketing & Content Manager + Admin Associate who brings both creative flair and operational precision. You should be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a grounded presence. You are proactive, responsive, and consistently engaged. This role requires someone highly attentive, self-led, and able to translate brand values into high performing, visually rich content across digital platforms while also helping to manage essential admin tasks that support the daily running of the business.
Responsibilities
Social Media & Marketing
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram and other key platforms
- Manage monthly content calendars and coordinate with founder on creative direction
- Write captions, hashtags, and stories that reflect the brand tone in Arabic and English
- Design content using Canva (or similar tools), and edit short form video (Reels, Stories)
- Monitor trends and suggest timely campaigns or content hooks
- Maintain visual consistency and high standards for quality, tone, and timing
- Manage backend updates to Shopify (orders, homepage banners, product pages, etc.)
- Track engagement KPIs, suggest improvements, and report monthly insights
- Handle community engagement (DMs, comments, replies) with warmth and brand integrity
Admin & Business Support
- Support with general admin tasks including document management, scheduling, and coordination
- Help maintain organisation of brand assets, product info, and team communications
- Liaise with suppliers or platforms when needed
- Assist in light customer service duties via email or WhatsApp
- Help prepare and manage small-scale product launches or marketing campaigns

- Social Media: Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp (campaign familiarity)
- Scheduling Tools: Meta Suite
- Analytics: Instagram Insights, Google Analytics
- Copywriting: Clear, poetic, minimalist tone with brand alignment
- SEO/Hashtag Research: Basic to intermediate understanding preferred
- Admin Software: Notion
