An international contractor are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team on a prestigious mega building projects in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities:•Lead and manage on-site construction activities to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.•Coordinate with project stakeholders including consultants, subcontractors, and client representatives.•Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for all civil and structural works.•Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.•Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the site team.
•Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).•Minimum 10 years’ construction management experience, with at least 5 years on large-scale or mega building projects.•Proven track record in managing complex building developments.•Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.•Ideally based in Saudi Arabia
