Job Title: Senior Contracts ManagerLocation: Saudi Arabia, RiyadhCompany: Leading Main ContractorStart Date: Immediate / As soon as possibleAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects of major construction projects, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and driving successful project delivery.Key Responsibilities•Lead and manage all pre- and post-contract activities for large-scale construction projects.•Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and other legal agreements.•Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements.•Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks.•Manage claims, variations, and dispute resolution processes.•Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contractual operations.•Provide strategic advice to project teams and senior management.
