• Provide L2 support for internal users using internal systems developed by external parties. (Mainly off- the- shelf systems deployed internally).• Escalate the incidents to the vendor (L3) and follow up until the incident resolved. • Provide the RCA of incidents and follow up with the relevant team(s). • Monitor the performance and resources of the systems. • Performs health checks on the systems. • Fulfil user requests on the systems. • Provides awareness and training for end users on the systems. • Document the technical details of the systems.
•The candidate must be working now as technical not a trainer or manager.•Need to have some experience in Windows Server •Experience in managing systems.•Experience in supporting systems.•Preferably if he has certificates from Microsoft especially in Windows Server.•Arabic speaking is a bonus.•ITIL certification is a bonus.•Experience in development is a bonus.
