•Lead and manage all contractual and commercial matters for the Telecom ITB package.•Review, interpret, and administer the main contract with the client and subcontracts with vendors and subcontractors.•Ensure compliance with contract terms, conditions, and legal requirements.•Prepare, review, negotiate contractual documents including variations, claims, extensions of time (EOT), and change orders.•Support tendering and bid evaluation processes from a contractual/commercial perspective.•Identify potential risks, disputes, and claims early, providing mitigation strategies.•Coordinate with legal counsel for contract-related issues and disputes.•Prepare and maintain accurate contractual correspondence and documentation.•Ensure alignment of contractual obligations with project schedules, technical requirements, and financial targets.•Manage contractual deliverables including bank guarantees, bonds, insurance, and warranties.•Support project close-out, ensuring contractual obligations are fulfilled and claims are settled.•Act as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications with the client and subcontractors
