•Develop, implement, and maintain the Project HSE Plan in compliance with client, company, and legal requirements.•Lead and manage the site HSE team, ensuring effective monitoring of construction and telecom installation activities.•Conduct risk assessments, HAZOP/HAZID, and job safety analysis (JSA) for telecom and infrastructure works.•Ensure compliance with local regulations, international standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, OHSAS), and client-specific HSE requirements (e.g., SEC/Aramco if applicable).•Conduct regular site HSE inspections, audits, and drills, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.•Manage and monitor subcontractors’ HSE performance, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations.•Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.•Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.•Promote a strong safety culture by leading toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, and behavioral safety initiatives.•Ensure effective emergency response preparedness at all project sites.•Provide regular HSE performance reports (KPIs, statistics, trends) to project leadership and the client.
