Cargo Sales Manager (Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam, KSA)A leading cargo industry company in Saudi Arabia is seeking three experienced Cargo Sales Managers for assignment in Riyadh, Jeddah, and Dammam.The ideal candidates will oversee sales, customer service, and operational services for assigned airline(s) in the Saudi Arabian market. Candidates must have extensive experience in air cargo sales and a deep understanding of both local and international cargo markets.If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for driving business growth in the air logistics industry, we invite you to apply.Key Responsibilities:Relationship Building:- Establish and maintain strong relationships with freight forwarders and cargo agents through regular meetings and presentations.- Promote the company’s products and services to clients and stakeholders.Business Development:- Identify and target new business opportunities while ensuring retention of current clients.- Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.Airline & Client Engagement:- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned airlines, ensuring tasks are handled efficiently.- Maintain proactive communication to improve service levels and performance.Sales Leadership:- Negotiate contracts, spot rates, and manage quotations/proposals to increase the sales hit ratio.- Promote and implement digital booking solutions in the market.Team & Operational Management:- Oversee sales, customer service, and operations teams to ensure achievement of airline budget goals.- Ensure staff are adequately trained in cargo systems, airline policies, DG licensing, and compliance regulations.Reporting & Market Monitoring:- Prepare weekly/monthly performance and activity reports for regional management.- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, recommending strategies to stay competitive.Compliance & Financial Accountability:- Ensure adherence to IATA regulations, airline SOPs, and local compliance regulations.- Manage accurate and efficient administration and financial reporting.Customer Feedback & Service Improvement:- Gather and relay customer feedback to management to enhance service and quality standards.
