Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage an annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives, including digital, print, and experiential campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Oversee all digital channels (website, social media, email marketing, online advertising) to ensure brand consistency and optimal ROI.
- Plan and execute paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive direct bookings and event inquiries.
- Manage the social media content calendar, collaborating with the content team to produce engaging posts, stories, and reels on platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Snapchat).
Brand & Content Development
- Define and maintain brand guidelines for Wirgan Hospitality and Wirgan Catering, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
- Develop creative concepts, promotional materials, brochures, digital banners, and video content in collaboration with internal designers or external agencies.
- Coordinate photo/video shoots
Public Relations & Partnerships
- Build and maintain relationships with local and regional media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
- Write and distribute press releases, guest articles, and blog posts to elevate brand reputation and thought leadership.
- Collaborate with tourism boards, event organizers, and travel agents to secure speaking engagements, partnerships, and sponsorship opportunities.
Events & Trade Shows
- Plan and coordinate participation in hospitality expos, trade shows (e.g., Saudi Travel Market, Hajj Conference & Exhibition), and community events.
- Manage booth design, collateral preparation, and on-site brand representation to maximize networking and lead generation.
Sales Enablement & Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales and business development teams to create targeted campaigns.
- Liaise with Revenue Management to align promotional pricing, seasonal packages, and distribution channel strategies.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Develop and monitor the annual marketing budget, ensuring spending is controlled and tied to measurable objectives.
- Analyze ROI on all marketing activities; recommend reallocation of resources based on data-driven insights.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality or F&B industry (hotel chains, catering firms, or destination management companies).
- Proven track record of developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital + offline) that delivered measurable results (lead generation, occupancy uplift, catering contracts).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, SEO/SEM best practices, email automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple stakeholders (internal: Sales, Operations, Revenue; external: agencies, media partners) and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative thinker with strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Experience managing third-party agencies (creative, PR, digital) and negotiating vendor contracts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
