We are currently looking for a Bridge Structure Inspector for our client, an established FM Service Provider in Saudi Arabia. The role will be assigned in one of their projects in Khobar.Responsibilities:* Inspecting bridges and other structures related to the transportation infrastructure to ensure they meet safety standards and comply with industry regulations.* Inspecting the structural integrity of bridges, checking for any problems with the concrete and steel components, as well as the foundations and other elements of the structure.* examine bridge components such as beams, girders, trusses, and footings for signs of deterioration, damage, or other problems that could affect the integrity of the bridge.* Inspect bridges and related structures to assess condition and safetyTest structural components, such as pilings and abutments* Prepare reports detailing inspection findings and recommended maintenance and repairs.* Document observations and results of tests and inspections.* Inspect and approve bridge maintenance plans and specifications.* Reporting and documenting any areas of concern and recommending corrective measures to prevent further damage.* Creating and maintaining records of bridge inspections.* Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reporting for line manager.
* Knowledgeable about the various types of bridges, their construction, and the standards for safety and operation.* Working experience in civil infrastructure and roads. * Experienced in report writing and drafting technical surveys. * Excellent communication and organizational skills.* Ability to read engineering plans and specifications* Knowledge of bridge inspection techniques and safety standards* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills* Associate Engineer, diploma or equivalent.* Native Arabic Speaker * Excellent English communication skills.* 3 - 5 Years experience
