Looking for an Architectural Inspector to be based in Riyadh with a well reputed architectural and engineering consultancy firm in Saudi .Roles and Responsibilities :Check that the construction adheres to local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.Monitor construction processes to confirm structural integrity, proper installation, and finishing.
Must have experience in quality control.Experience in various projects like residential building ,high end projects.Minimum 10 years of experience.Act as a bridge between architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies.Must have Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.good communication skill.
