The jobholder coordinates with design and supervision departments to review technical proposals, he/she is expected to collect and consolidate staff resumes, project references and other required information in the required formats for proposals. Duties & Responsibilities: -Collect internal documentation from similar proposals and projects (e.g. regulations, standards, etc.), as needed-Support in the development of method statements, project approaches and scopes for the proposal development-Support in the development project timelines, including work breakdown structures, resource allocation etc. -Coordinate with the concerned departments to review technical proposals-Design and format (soft and hard copy) proposals layouts (covers, separators, leaflets, prequalification documents,..) -Collect and consolidate staff resumes, project references and other required information in the required formats. -Assist in coordinating the fulfilment of commercial/legal requirements in coordination with geography team-Provide support in conducting proposal close-out activities and derive lessons learned.
•He /She should be a graduate with a minimum of 3 to 5 years (post-graduation) in the construction industry, preferably with engineering consultants.•He /She should preferably have some experience working with Bids, Tenders, Proposals, Contracts, RFP…etc.•He /She should have reasonably good communication skills in oral and written English/Arabic language. They should be able to communicate in both languages with equal command. •He /She should be well versed in the use of computer application like MS Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and any other applicable graphic software.•He /She should be prepared to endure challenging submission deadlines, good at multi-tasking, committed in his/her work, and be prepared to work from 8.00am to 6.00pm (5 days/week) and additional hours as required to meet submission deadlines.
