We are seeking an experienced Senior Legal Counsel to join our prestigious law firm in Riyadh. - Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification from a recognized institution.- Minimum of 10 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm or legal department, with a focus on corporate law.- Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian legal system and regulations, with international experience preferred.- Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal issues into understandable terms.- Specialization in commercial contracts, with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions.- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
