Objective:
Lead the sales function to achieve company revenue goals, develop and implement effective sales strategies, and oversee the sales team’s performance to ensure sustainable growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales Strategy & Planning
· Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
· Define ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and monitor competitor activity.
· Set sales forecasts and growth targets.
· Team Leadership
· Build, coach, and lead the sales team.
· Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
· Pipeline Management
· Supervise CRM usage and ensure pipeline accuracy.
· Oversee lead qualification and conversion.
· Client Engagement
· Manage key accounts and client relationships.
· Support team in closing strategic deals.
· Cross-functional Coordination
· Work with Marketing and BD Ops for campaign alignment.
· Align sales and pricing strategies with Finance.
· Reporting & Analytics
· Monitor KPIs and create regular reports.
· Maintain forecast accuracy and strategic dashboards.
Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field. MBA preferred.
Experience:
7–10 years in sales with 3+ years in managerial roles.
Background in construction, MEP, or fit-out is an advantage.
Skills:
Sales leadership, CRM proficiency, negotiation, strategic planning.
Fluency in Arabic and English.
