Privately owned and headquartered in Hong Kong, TEC provides first class Exclusive and Shared Workspaces, Business Concierge Services, and Meetings & Events facilities to suit any business' needs.We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to support the leasing of our Grade A Serviced Offices in Riyadh.Responsibilities:Drive leasing activities for premium serviced offices, ensuring high occupancy rates.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients.Actively engage in pre-leasing efforts to secure tenants ahead of the new centre opening.Convert leads into clients through proactive outreach, cold calling, and negotiations.Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, industry leaders, and business associations to generate referrals.Provide exceptional client service, ensuring TEC’s high standards are upheld.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, real estate, or a related field.Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in real estate, property development, or hospitality leasing.Proven ability to drive sales, negotiate effectively, and manage time efficiently.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Strong communication skills; Arabic-speaking candidates preferred
