The HR Officer plays a key role in supporting the Human Resources department by performing a variety of administrative tasks related to employee management, recruitment, and HR operations. The primary responsibility is to ensure a smooth day-to-day operation of the department. The HR Officer will help with recruitment processes, maintain employee records, handle payroll documentation, and support employee relations.Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: •Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.•Coordinate with government entities (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Muqeem, Nitaqat, etc.) as required•Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.•Process visas, Iqama transfers & renewals, and other government-related HR matters.•Maintain accurate HR records and reports (attendance, vacation, sick leaves etc.)•Assist in performance management and training initiatives.•Register new employees in insurance and manage all related insurance matters for employees. •Handle employee grievances and disciplinary procedures professionally.•Using and archiving employee information and files in ERP system (Odoo)
Requirements and Qualifications•BA Degree in Business Administration or any other related field•Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field•Knowledge of governmental HR related portals (GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, Nitaqat)•Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law•Proficiency in Microsoft Office package, especially Microsoft Excel•Fluent in Arabic and English
