We are currently hiring a Project Costing Manager experienced in facility management for one of our clients in KSA. The job location is based in Jeddah.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain project cost reports and forecastsEnsure alignment of project budgets with contract requirementsTrack and control actual costs against budgets across multiple facilities projectsIdentify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvementsPrepare financial reports for management and support auditsLiaise with procurement, operations, and FM service teams to validate costs
Education & Certifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related fieldProfessional certifications such as CMA, CPA, or PMP are an advantageCertification or training in facilities or asset management is a plusExperience:Minimum 5–8 years of experience in cost control, project finance, or quantity surveyingAt least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory costing role within the facilities management, construction, or real estate sectorExperience working with maintenance, soft/hard services, and CAPEX/OPEX budgeting is highly desirableTechnical Skills:Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting techniquesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle), and project management toolsFamiliarity with contract types (lump sum, cost-plus, unit price) and vendor managementUnderstanding of building systems, maintenance cycles, and service-level costing
