- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree or relevant professional certification is a plus.- Minimum of 5 years of business development experience, preferably within the legal industry.- Strong understanding of legal services and market dynamics in the Middle East.- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.- Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies.- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
