We are currently seeking for an FM Bid/ Tender Manager role based in Riyadh, KSA for one of our clients Saudi Arabia which is one of the leading Facilities Management companies in GCC.The FM Bid/ Tender Manager is responsible for securing contracts through competitive bidding processes. At this Manager-level, candidates need to be capable of running small to mid-size bids from beginning to end. Meanwhile, wider support provided to support on larger bids.
Qualifications:•Degree level Education•At least 5 (five), preferably 10 years working in a similar type role supporting the commercial and contract arrangements of a large Project or organisation;•Communicates effectively and has strong written and verbal communication skills.•Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders and has strong interpersonal skills.•Excels at multi-tasking and has excellent project management, time management, and organization skills.
