Key Responsibilities:Assist in recording and maintaining financial transactions in the accounting system.Prepare and reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.Support the preparation of financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Assist in VAT filing, tax compliance, and other regulatory reporting as per Saudi Arabian financial laws.Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.Perform monthly account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.Support payroll processing by verifying employee records and payment details.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis under the guidance of Accounting Manager.Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth financial operations.Identify discrepancies and work on resolving them in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.1-2 years of accounting experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, Conditional Formatting, etc.).Experience with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, etc.Basic understanding of Saudi VAT regulations and financial compliance.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
