Role: We are seeking a Remote HR Operations Specialist to support our HR administrative processes and ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws. The role is hands-on, process-driven, and essential to maintaining a smooth employee lifecycle across the firm.
Responsibilities:
Payroll Administration:
- Prepare monthly payroll, including salary processing, overtime calculations, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law regulations (wage protection system - WPS).
- Manage end-of-service benefits calculations (EOSB).
GOSI Management:
- Register new employees and update records on the GOSI (General Organization for Social Insurance) platform.
- Ensure accurate monthly contributions and resolve discrepancies.
Employee Onboarding:
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.
- Manage onboarding documentation and registration across systems.
- Enroll employees in relevant platforms (Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Qiwa, etc.).
Employee Offboarding:
- Coordinate exit formalities, final settlements, and GOSI deregistration.
- Manage clearance forms and exit documentation.
Business Visit Visa Applications:
- Process business visit visa requests through Qiwa, Muqeem, or relevant government portals.
- Coordinate invitation letters and assist candidates/consultants in securing visas smoothly.
Platform Management:
- Maintain employee data on Mudad (payroll system), Qiwa (labor platform), GOSI (social insurance), and Muqeem (residency services).
- Track labor compliance requirements and updates.
General HR Operations:
- Keep accurate employee records (digital filing).
- Prepare HR reports as needed (e.g., headcount, payroll summary, onboarding trackers).
- Support basic administrative and compliance tasks.
Skills
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Operations within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, Qiwa, and Muqeem processes.
- Experience handling payroll independently.
- Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage.
- High attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a remote setup.
