The Role
Responsibilities
Our client is currently looking for a qualified Talent Acquisition Specialist candidate who will be based in
UAE and will be having the following key responsibilities:
- Manage Talent sourcing channels to post vacancies and source for qualified candidates.
- Utilize the company’s ATS system to manage vacancies and screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
- Review received applications against the job requirements and initial screening calls to applicants, when required, and filter out unmatched applications.
- Share shortlisted applications with the respective department and arrange interviews for selected applications.
- Develop the Job Offer for selected candidates and obtain required approvals prior to releasing the offer to candidates.
- Negotiate Job Offers and joining dates with candidates.
- Continuously follow up with selected candidates throughout their notice period to ensure their joining to the company.
- Assist the respective Business Units in the on-boarding process of new joiners.
- Develop, maintain, and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
- Develop Recruitment related reports as requested by the Head of HR.
The Candidate
The client is looking for candidates who meet the following specifications:
- holding a Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely related field.
- having 2+ years of relevant Recruitment experience and within the Pharmaceuticals industry.
- having strong background and understanding of HR and Recruitment practices and principles.
- having strong working experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- having strong working experience with HRMS/ERP systems and MS Office applications.
- proficiency in English language is a must.
