Job Responsibilities
- Post job descriptions on platforms and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Coordinate with hiring managers to determine interview schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate pre-employment assessments, tests, and background checks.
- Act as the primary contact for candidates, providing timely updates.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with policies.
- Support onboarding by collecting required documentation.
- Assist in recruitment events and campus hiring initiatives.
- Schedule interviews with candidates, ensuring all parties are informed of the interview's date, time, and
format.
- Coordinate with external HR consultants or agencies if involved in the hiring process.
- Ensure a positive experience for candidates by promptly addressing their queries and providing clear
directions or assistance.
- Ensure the secure handling and protection of all sensitive information related to the company's operations,
strategies, and client data per internal policies and legal compliance standards.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Perform any task required by the management within the scope of work
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 0-2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably with experience working in Recruitment and Talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.
- Good understanding of HR processes and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
- Excellent Computer and MS Office knowledge
- Excellent Arabic Language written and verbal skills
- Very good in English Language written and verbal skills
