Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Female HR Generalist to join our team and support a wide range of human resources functions. In this role, you will oversee HR operations for multiple client organizations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and delivering tailored HR support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR processes, employee relations, and client management, with the ability to handle multiple HR functions across different industries. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary HR contact for outsourced employees and client organizations.
- Manage end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and employee relations for assigned clients.
- Ensure compliance with Jordanian labor laws and client-specific HR policies.
- Support performance management, training, and development initiatives for outsourced employees.
- Administer benefits, contracts, and HR documentation in line with client agreements.
- Address employee concerns, handle grievances, and mediate workplace issues.
- Maintain HR records, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication between Key Jordan, clients, and employees.
- Provide HR advisory services to clients, assisting with policy development and workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PHRI Certificate is a plus.
- 1-2 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in outsourcing or consulting.
- Strong understanding of Jordanian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience managing multiple clients or working in a fast-paced, multi-industry HR environment.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
