We are looking for a highly experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing in-house team, with a strong focus on app marketing, media buying, Social media and performance. The ideal candidate should have deep experience in the Saudi market, strong leadership skills to manage teams, and a solid understanding of media production and overall digital media strategies. This role requires a data-driven mindset, hands-on experience in digital advertising, and a proven track record of successful performance marketing campaigns.
Skills
Strategy & Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, with a particular focus on app marketing and user acquisition.
- Oversee the company’s digital presence, ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Identify and leverage new digital trends, technologies, and advertising platforms to enhance marketing efforts.
- Develop and manage the media buying strategy, ensuring optimal ad placements and cost efficiency.
App Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Lead and optimize app marketing campaigns, including App Store Optimization (ASO), in-app advertising, and performance tracking.
- Drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies through paid and organic channels.
- Analyze app performance metrics to ensure continuous optimization and maximize ROI.
Media Buying & Digital Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and manage media buying across various platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, and programmatic advertising).
- Optimize performance marketing campaigns, including PPC, display, paid social, and retargeting strategies.
- Work with media agencies and partners to ensure effective ad placements and budget allocation.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Oversee and optimize social media strategies to maximize engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality digital content, including video, static, and interactive media.
- Utilize influencer marketing and strategic partnerships to amplify brand visibility.
Media Production & Brand Content Development:
- Work closely with production teams to oversee the development of video content, photography, and creative assets for digital marketing.
- Ensure high-quality multimedia content that aligns with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
- Manage and coordinate content creation for paid and organic channels.
Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital campaigns, with a strong focus on conversion and ROI.
- Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, Adjust, and other attribution platforms to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Implement A/B testing and data-driven optimizations to continuously improve campaign performance.
Leadership & Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, performance marketers, content creators, and designers.
- Foster a high-performance marketing team by providing guidance, feedback, and continuous training.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in media buying, performance marketing, and app&website marketing.
- Proven experience in the Saudi market, with a deep understanding of local consumer behavior and digital advertising trends.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Twitter Ads, and programmatic advertising.
- Strong knowledge of ASO, app user acquisition strategies, and mobile performance tracking tools (e.g., Firebase, Adjust, Appsflyer, GA4).
- Experience in social media marketing, influencer marketing, and digital content production.
- Solid experience in media production and creative asset development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred; English fluency is required.
