Responsible for assigned production applications support, troubleshooting, Investigation, code debugging, and escalate to third level support or vendor if needed as well as applying fixes and closing systems incidents.He/she should acknowledge the reported issues and update the reported user with the solution status and inform them once it is solved.•Support N number of Applications as primary.•Support N number of Applications as Secondary.•Troubleshoot and debug the reported issues•Applying fixes.•DR switching activities •Comply with Bank policies and procedures.•Findings closure for Operational Risk, Security, Audit.•Support and monitor Production applications as primary and Secondary •Ensure availability and functionality of system software and hardware. •On call support to check and fix issue if there during weekend / nights batch •Applying fixes.•Escalating issues to the next level and/or vendor if needed. •Security, Operational Risk, Audit Findings.•Work hard towards the agreed KPI.•Resourcefulness, troubleshooting, and problem-solving aptitude•Investigation and diagnostic skills•A proactive approach•Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines•Train and supervise junior staff
•Bachelor degree in technology•5+ years in application support in banking industry or similar.•Strong knowledge in banking and financial institution (GTX , Payment , Swift) •Strong knowledge at least 4 from (Java, J2EE, Finacle FEBA, JBOSS EAP, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, UNIX / AIX shell scripting, Database oracle /SQL server, Unix Shell Scripting, JASPER Reports, JAVA Spring batch, SOAP, ITIL, Visual studio framework, C# , asp.net , IIS, server 2016 , Oracle 11 c and above)•Other Qualification will be according to the required technology
