Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or any related field
At least 5 years of practical experience in the department's work
Good knowledge of the English language
Technical knowledge of the specifications and standards applied in construction work
Knowledge of laws and regulations governing project and contracting work
Good understanding of the policies and procedures that govern the work and their updates (both internal and external)
Proficiency in using computers and dealing with various applied systems
Ability to plan and organize
Ability to coordinate and follow up
Strong oral communication skills and ability to interact with others
Ability to analyze and make decisions
