Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Coordinator to support our team with daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, schedules, and communications across departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments.
- Manage and update project timelines, deliverables, and documentation.
- Act as the point of contact between departments and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Track progress on assigned projects and follow up on deadlines.
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Support team members with administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in project coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English is required

- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
