Tagaddod is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our warehouse operations. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily logistics and ensuring that all warehouse operations are efficient and meet organizational standards. Your leadership skills will be critical in managing a team, optimizing workflows, and maintaining safety standards within the warehouse.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff, ensuring smooth workflow and efficient operations
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee the receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
- Implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance productivity and efficacy
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the warehouse
- Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations
- Train new employees on safety guidelines and operational procedures
- Prepare reports on inventory & productivity
- Collaborate with the logistics team to schedule shipments and manage delivery schedules
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
