Job Summary
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to identify and attract top talent.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with candidates; assess qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create tailored job descriptions that reflect the requirements of each position.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Job Posting: Post job openings on appropriate platforms and ensure they are updated regularly.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Onboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and competitor hiring strategies to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Reporting: Generate recruitment reports and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment.
