Major large scale tier 1 contractor in Saudi Arabia requires an experienced Commercial Manager / Leader with at least 20 years experience. To be considered candidates MUST have a strong background in major transportation projects (Rail, Metro) & complex civil engineering projects. Previous experience in JV projects as well as Middle East working experience would be preferred but not essential.
