Who We’re Looking For
We’re hiring a Saudi national to join the founding team as VP Sales / CRO, based in Riyadh. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the revenue function for a fast-growing RegTech company solving a national compliance challenge.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and lead go-to-market strategy across KSA
- Own revenue targets and close strategic deals
- Build enterprise and government customer relationships
- Recruit and lead local sales and customer success teams
- Develop partnerships with systems integrators and consultants
- Work closely with the CEO and leadership team to scale the business

Skills
You Have:
- 10+ years in enterprise sales or revenue leadership
- Experience in SaaS, AI, compliance, or gov-tech
- Strong relationships with KSA enterprises and public sector
- Familiarity with PDPL, GDPR, or other regulatory frameworks
- Bilingual (Arabic/English) and culturally fluent
- Passion for startups, scrappiness, and building from the ground up
