Our Insights and Advisory team play a crucial role in providing strategic guidance and data-driven insights to organizations. By analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and business data, our team helps decision-makers make informed choices that can positively impact their organization's performance and bottom line. We work across diverse industries and sectors like Technology, Industrials, Energy, Chemicals, Life Sciences and Logistics, including market research, strategy, sales and marketing, R&D, and more.
What you will be doing at Evalueserve:
Client Leadership:
- Own relationships with ministries, regulators, and national champions; serve as a trusted advisor on strategy, policy, and transformation initiatives.
Project Delivery:
- Lead end-to-end engagements, ensuring scope, timeline, and quality targets are achieved; apply global best practices and AI-enabled analytics.
Business Development & Pipeline Building:
- Develop and execute a client acquisition plan for Riyadh; convert opportunities into a sustainable project pipeline aligned to sub-cluster P&L targets.
Team Building & Mentorship:
- Start with a core group of consultants and ramp the team to 20 + professionals as demand scales; coach and upskill local talent.
Thought Leadership:
- Publish white papers and host roundtables on topics critical to Vision 2030 (e.g., energy transition, industrial localisation, digital government).
Financial Stewardship:
- Take full accountability for local revenue, margins, and overall P&L performance; monitor project economics and implement course corrections.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Present insights in Arabic and English to C-Suite and Ministerial audiences; navigate multi-stakeholder environments with cultural fluency.

Skills
What we're looking for:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Public Policy, or a related field; Master’s/MBA preferred.
- International Academic Exposure – Undergraduate or Postgraduate study in the UK, US, or comparable markets is highly desirable.
Experience:
- 6 – 10 years in consulting/advisory with a Big Four or other top-tier international consulting firm.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
- Demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth.
Skills:
- Strong strategic-thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative-analysis capabilities.
- Fluent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Excellent stakeholder-management and team-leadership abilities.
- Financial acumen with hands-on experience managing engagement economics and P&L.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and travel within the Kingdom as required.
