Job Summary:As our Sales Manager, you will play a key role in generating revenue, building client relationships, and positioning our property as a preferred destination. You will develop and implement sales strategies focused on driving bookings and promoting our offerings to both corporate and leisure clients.Key Responsibilities:•Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key clients in the hospitality sector•Create and execute effective sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue•Target corporate accounts, travel agents, event planners, and tour operators•Participate in trade shows, networking events, and promotional activities•Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns•Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses•Ensure excellent customer service and post-sale follow-up to foster repeat business
•Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting•Strong understanding of hospitality sales channels and client segments•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills•Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets•Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office (knowledge of hotel software is a plus)•Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred
