Location
This role is based out of our new Dublin Office. We love our office and the setting it provides for celebration and collaboration. But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!
What You’ll Do
As our Regulatory Coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company’s overall regulatory management function and carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: corporate governance, product labelling compliance, advertising and promotional compliance, trade compliance, contractual agreements and renewals across all business units.
Additional key responsibilities include:
- Raw Material Documentation Approval for Innovation and Renovation Projects
- Finished Good Documentation Approval for Innovation and Renovation Projects
- Provide Regulatory support for special initiatives
- Provide Regulatory support for trade compliance and supporting documentation queries
- Assist in compliance administrative requirements, including documenting team working priorities and actions
- Liaise with third party providers, where needed, on all packaging requirements for international markets
- Support in the development and maintenance of risk & internal compliance policies and procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technical or related Scientific Discipline
- 0-2 years' experience
- Good working knowledge of EU and national legislation, and international standards
- Proficient in MS Office

- Handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with the upmost discretion, and always maintain strict confidentiality.
