About Company & Role PurposeA leading multi discipline architectural planning and design firm within the Middle East that provides high quality architecture and engineering services, boasting a diverse portfolio of institutional, commercial, residential, healthcare, hospitality and urban design projects.The HR Manager will lead talent acquisition efforts, enhance employee engagement, and drive Saudization initiatives, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES, ACCOUNTABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES•Lead talent acquisition and recruiting efforts.•Develop and implement Saudization strategies.•Conduct performance management and employee development programs.•Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.•Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and recommendations.•Foster a positive workplace culture and employee relations.
•Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree is a plus.•10+ years in HR, with at least 6 years in a managerial role.•Excellent English communication skills.•Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.•Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruiting.•Familiarity with Saudization policies and practices.
