Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to support the operational effectiveness of our HR department. This position plays a key role in executing HR processes, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable labor laws. The role requires strong administrative capabilities and a professional approach to employee interactions and confidential matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily administration of HR functions and processes.
- Maintain and regularly update employee records and internal HR systems.
- Assist in the coordination of recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation procedures for new hires.
- Provide support in benefits administration, including enrollment, status changes, and employee inquiries.
- Assist in the planning and delivery of training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and organizational policies.
- Prepare HR reports, documentation, and assist in data audits as required.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and general HR-related matters.
- Support payroll administration and related documentation.
- Coordinate offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and managing documentation.
- Contribute to internal communication efforts, employee engagement programs, and company events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR administrative or support role.
- Fundamental knowledge of employment laws and HR practices.
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.
- Strong command of the English language in both written and verbal communication.
