Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled
Digital Talent Manager to provide strategic support and consultancy in talent management initiatives and oversee the execution of digital capacity-building programs. The role supports organizational transformation by aligning digital skills with business goals, identifying talent gaps, and implementing development strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital talent management strategies aligned with transformation goals
- Design and execute capacity-building programs to upskill internal teams on digital tools and technologies
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and leadership to identify and address skill gaps in digital capabilities
- Provide consultancy on performance management, leadership development, and succession planning
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and impact
- Conduct market analysis to keep programs aligned with industry best practices and digital trends
- Support change management initiatives across the organization
- Ensure talent strategies integrate with broader digital transformation initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to assess talent performance and identify high-potential employees
- Report on KPIs, talent metrics, and progress to senior stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Master’s degree in a business or digital-related specialization is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT in a large organization
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in talent management and digital initiatives
- Professional certification in a relevant technical or HR field is required
- Preferred Agile certifications: PMI-ACP, PSM
- Solid knowledge of digital trends, HR technologies, and capacity-building strategies
- Excellent command of English; Arabic is desirable
