Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations & Sales * Drive boutique sales performance to meet and exceed targets. * Monitor KPIs including conversion, ATV, and UPT to optimize performance. * Lead by example on the sales floor, delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge. * Implement effective visual merchandising and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.Team Leadership * Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team. * Conduct regular team briefings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching. * Create a positive working environment focused on collaboration, development, and accountability.Customer Experience * Ensure a premium and consistent customer experience in-store. * Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally. * Build long-term relationships with loyal clients and develop local clientele.Inventory & Administration * Oversee stock levels and inventory management processes, including receiving, transfers, and stocktakes. * Ensure the boutique is compliant with operational procedures, security, and health & safety standards. * Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to the Area Manager and HQ.
