Our client is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly collaborative Director of Hospitality Marketing to lead the marketing strategy and execution for our hospitality assets, including hotels, resorts, branded residences, and leisure destinations. This role will be responsible for building world-class brand positioning, driving pre-opening and launch marketing initiatives, and supporting long-term revenue growth and brand equity across our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of hospitality marketing with experience in real estate development and asset positioning.
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.•10+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role specifically within luxury hospitality, branded real estate, or high-end destination marketing.•Strong understanding of hospitality marketing disciplines including brand development, customer journey mapping, digital engagement, PR, events, and partnerships.•Experience working with leading hotel operators, hospitality brands, and/or development teams.•Proven ability to manage agency relationships, budgets•Exceptional storytelling, brand strategy, and project management skills.•Strategic and creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset.•Deep passion for hospitality, luxury experiences, and destination marketing.•Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.•Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial development environment.
