Bank of Jordan is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Operations Officer to join our Human Resources team. Responsibilities
- Support the administration of HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
- Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and maintain updated HR databases
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis for management and audits
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Facilitate training sessions related to HR policies and processes
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure effective communication of HR initiatives
- Support various HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
- Good understanding of HR processes and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of HRIS systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks
