Key Responsibilities:SIM & Telecom Coordination•Handle monthly SIM invoice uploads.•Manage SIM replacements, activations/deactivations, and package changes.•HR Administrative Support (Using VOLT HRMS)•Update and maintain employee records and HR documents.•Assist with monthly contract renewals, salary slips, and final settlements.•Upload ticket encashments and coordinate hiring documentation.SAP Support•Upload PRs and POs as required.General Office Administration•Arrange travel bookings and shipment orders (SMSA).•Prepare official documents: employment/experience certificates, termination letters, and contracts.•Support recruitment by posting jobs, sourcing CVs, and updating market salary benchmarks.•Manage office supplies (e.g., sanitizers, masks) and employee insurance enrollments.
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.•1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is highly preferred.•Experience with HR systems such as VOLT HRMS and SAP is a plus.•Excellent organizational and communication skills.•Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
