Westlakes Recruit is seeking a highly capable Virtualization Engineer to support a critical Network Enhancement project based in Riyadh. This role involves the design, implementation, and optimization of virtualized infrastructure environments, with a focus on VMware vSphere, Nutanix AHV, and hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions.Please note this will be a part-time remote positionThe successful candidate will ensure system performance, availability, and security across virtualized platforms, while contributing to automation, cluster management, and backup integration.Key Responsibilities:•Design, implement, and test VMware vSphere and Nutanix AHV environments.•Deploy and optimize hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solutions.•Ensure the performance, availability, and security of all virtual systems.•Monitor resource utilization and lead capacity planning activities.•Troubleshoot and resolve complex virtualization-related issues.•Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages or relevant tools.•Stay up to date with virtualization trends and emerging technologies.•Conduct cluster management, failover testing, and backup integration.
